Browsing Customers Payments

Here you can find all of payment transactions submitted. As you can see this list displays customers payments with a set of columns that can get you a quick description about payment, it's currency, customer's username, total amount, invoice number and payment provider. See sample screenshot below:

Here is the explanation of the columns for the payment transactions list:

# - number of payment transaction;
User –customer username;
Invoice # - invoice number for the submitted payment transaction;
Transaction # - transaction reference number received from the payment provider;
Amount – payment transaction amount;
Method – payment method;
Created – actual date when payment was received;
Provider – payment transaction provider;
Status – current status of payment transaction;
As you may see there are several buttons on the last column such as: “Approve”, “Decline” and “Remove”.  When payment transaction has “Pending” status you can approve transaction just clicking “Approve” button. The same applies for “Decline” button. Button “Remove” can be used if you would like to remove payment transaction from the payments list.
